My Approach
Much like plants, we all need supportive conditions in order to survive. Yet, we also need the right amount of adversity in order to grow. I believe that the dance between these two is what leads to the possibility of thriving. Together, we track your edges and find the balance that allows for meaningful, sustainable growth.
I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental presence, grounded in curiosity, care, and a touch of humor. My commitment is to create a safe container where your voice can be heard clearly and where you can listen more deeply to what your life, and your soul, are asking for.
My Approach
My approach blends humanistic, existential, and depth-psychological perspectives with experiential and nature-based methods. I focus on authentic connection, self-reflection, and personal meaning-making, supporting you as you navigate transitions, explore your identity, and move through threshold experiences. Rather than applying a single model, I adapt these frameworks to support your unique life context, inner world, and developmental needs.
Personal Myth and Narrative Focus
A central aspect of my work involves helping you clarify and reclaim your personal myth, the story you are living inside, often unconsciously. Using narrative and ACT-informed frameworks, we explore the patterns, roles, values, and tensions shaping your life, and work toward a story that feels authentic, empowering, and aligned with who you are becoming.
This work often supports greater self-trust, coherence, and direction, especially during times of uncertainty or transition.
Who I Work Best With
I am particularly drawn to working with creative and introspective individuals, young adults, and those who feel stuck, disoriented, or called to claim more from their lives. Many of the people I work with are navigating questions of identity, purpose, vocation, or belonging, and are seeking depth rather than quick fixes.
